Impact – an accidental meditation is a highly visual, sensorial exploration of the protagonist’s concussed world after a bike accident. The film provides an intimate look into the elevated physical and emotional experience of navigating life post impact. The film aims to give insight into how our bodies store, process, and release trauma; when and how old trauma might get triggered; and highlight what a world of resiliency lies deep within our physical structure.
